Day 3: Newspaper is completely dry.
Day 15 or so: Adhere cardboard fins and eyes made of newspaper with more strips. Wait for newspaper to dry.
Day 17: Newspaper is completely dry.
Day 18: Paint top and sides of fish. Wait for paint to dry.
Day 19: Paint is completely dry.
Day 21: Paint bottoms of fish.
Day 22: Voila!
Art cannot be rushed.
